Servelec
Neil Laycock, Managing Director
“HETT is one of the strongest events for showcasing healthcare innovation and generating valuable leads.”
HETT is the perfect place for us to showcase the new innovations we've been developing. We've spent a lot of time investing in interoperability and our patient flow and bed management solutions, and this event gives us the opportunity to show that we're not just talking about digital transformation—we're delivering it. We've had some really good conversations with people about solutions that can help them manage patient flow more effectively and ultimately improve patient care.
We've invested a lot in our stand this year, with touchscreen technology and our mobile solutions on display, and it's really attracted people. It's been incredibly busy, with a broad mix of visitors—from existing users who want to see how our products are evolving to senior NHS leaders interested in our latest technology. We've generated some really good leads.
For us, having a presence at HETT is important. Within this sector, there's an expectation that this is where NHS organisations come to see what suppliers have been working on. We don't exhibit at every event—we're selective—but HETT is one of the strongest events for us. We've been exhibiting here for many years and hope to continue doing so.
Zebra Technologies
David Taylor, Healthcare Lead
“The event delivered high-quality conversations and seven or eight new live project opportunities.”
Zebra Technologies operates across a number of sectors, including retail, manufacturing, transport and logistics, as well as healthcare. For us, HETT is an important opportunity to showcase our specialist healthcare devices and demonstrate that our technology has real clinical applications, rather than simply being associated with logistics or transport.
The event was superb. We had an incredible number of high-quality conversations, particularly around live projects where organisations recognised that our devices were a strong fit for their needs. We identified seven or eight new live project opportunities with organisations we hadn't previously engaged with, and we have meetings and follow-up projects planned over the coming months.
Having direct contact with end users is essential. While we have a strong partner network and knowledgeable resellers, nothing compares to speaking with customers face to face. HETT gives us the opportunity to understand their challenges, their process requirements and what they're trying to achieve, and that's invaluable.

“The quality of visitors was outstanding, and the packed presentation created fantastic energy and engagement.”
HETT is a major healthcare event that brings together people from across the NHS and the wider healthcare sector. We wanted to be here to showcase our platform and help grow our presence within the UK healthcare community.
The event has been exciting. We've had lots of great feedback from conversations, my presentation and the discussions at our stand. We've spoken to people about how our technology can help make a real impact by improving and even saving lives. The quality of the visitors has been outstanding—they're knowledgeable, engaged and genuinely interested in learning more about AI and our technology.
One of the highlights for me was speaking at the event. The theatre was packed, the audience asked some great questions, and there was a fantastic energy in the room.
I would absolutely recommend HETT to anyone who wants to learn more about healthcare technology and digital transformation. It's a great place to stay up to date with the latest developments, connect with experts across the sector and discover innovative new suppliers.

Ian Spark, Head of Healthcare
“Meaningful conversations without everyday distractions help build reputation, relationships and new business.”
For us, it's important to engage not only with our existing customers but also with new audiences, understand the latest trends, work with innovation, and help provide thought leadership within the healthcare sector.
Events like HETT help us secure new business by raising awareness of our brand, sharing our vision and showcasing what we're doing with the wider healthcare community. They help us build on our reputation, open people's eyes to what's possible, and provide a platform that's absolutely key to how we engage with the sector.
The highlight for me has been the quality of the interactions. It's an opportunity to step away from the desk, away from the wards and the day-to-day healthcare environment, and have meaningful conversations without the usual distractions. That's been incredibly valuable.

“HETT expands your network, improves understanding of future clients and creates valuable business contacts.”
We're exhibiting on the ORCHA stand, and we're proud to have been one of the first apps to work with ORCHA. We've been part of the mobile mental health ecosystem with them for over a year and a half, so when they said they were coming to HETT, we were keen to be involved.
The event has been really positive. We've spoken to people from across the NHS, CCGs and pharmaceutical companies, and it's been a fantastic opportunity to give people exposure to our product, let them try it for themselves, and have conversations about how it can help. It's also been great to spend more time with the ORCHA team.
One of the biggest benefits of HETT is the networking. It takes you outside your usual circle and gives you the chance to meet people you wouldn't normally connect with. Those conversations have helped us better understand the needs of future clients, particularly through speaking directly with clinical commissioners, while also giving us the opportunity to showcase what we do.
The event has been extremely busy, and we've made some really valuable business contacts. That's important because it means we can go back knowing the time we've invested has been worthwhile.
I would absolutely recommend HETT. I'll definitely be back, with ORCHA or independently. For a mobile mental health company, it's a really valuable event.

“HETT attracts senior decision-makers looking for knowledge, inspiration and practical digital solutions.”
It's important for us to exhibit at HETT because of the quality of the audience. We're able to speak to the right people—the decision-makers and those looking for inspiration around digital transformation.
There have been a number of highlights. I've attended several of the conference sessions, and they've been excellent, with speakers sharing real frontline experiences of digital transformation, the opportunities it creates and the challenges involved. My own presentation was well attended, which was great, and we've had some really valuable conversations throughout the event.
What makes HETT different is the quality of the delegates. It attracts senior leaders who are looking for knowledge, ideas and practical solutions. For us, it not only raises awareness of our brand but also gives us the opportunity to demonstrate what resonates with healthcare organisations and how we can help them.
I would absolutely recommend HETT. There are many healthcare conferences to choose from, but it's important to attend the ones that attract the right audience and focus on the right topics—and HETT is certainly one of them.
Pexip
Tom Jones
“An extraordinarily busy day created conversations with senior people and opportunities to explore how Pexip could help.”
It's been very, very good. The day was extraordinarily busy; we were rushed off our feet, which was brilliant. We had lots of interesting conversations with some really senior people and were able to find out what we can do and how we can help them.

“The event was fascinating, exciting and filled with forward-thinking conversations.”
It's fascinating, it's exciting and it's great to be there. I think people's interest and the conversations we are having today have been fantastic and forward-thinking.
Careology
Paul Landau
“For an early-stage business, HETT was a strong platform for learning, networking and meeting relevant people.”
HETT's been really great for us. We've been amazed at how busy the show has been, especially coming out of COVID; it has been really well attended. We've met some really excellent people. I think the mix of talks and seminars has been really interesting. We've taken a lot and learned a lot from the show. The quality of people we have been able to network with and meet has been fantastic. I definitely recommend HETT to other people. As an early-stage business, it's been a great platform for us to come and learn, as well as network and meet lots of relevant people for us at Careology.

“HETT is where many important initial conversations begin.”
This is the place where a lot of those initial conversations start. I can't imagine there would be a HETT where we would not have some sort of presence.
Airelogic
Robert Hurrell
“HETT remains the most relevant event for organisations involved in healthcare innovation.”
Truthfully, I thought it might be quiet due to COVID and the fuel crisis, but actually it's been well attended, we've had some really interesting conversations with people, and we'll definitely do it again. I'd absolutely recommend HETT. It remains the most relevant event for our space. It's about innovation in healthcare, and if you are involved in that in any way or want to be part of that conversation, then you definitely should be there.

Louise Murray
“High visitor traffic generated numerous meetings and serious commercial opportunities.”
It's been great; we've had a lot of interest. I had 12 meetings set up before we came yesterday, and we've probably had another 10 or 12 set up since then. The volume of traffic coming up to the Current Health booth has been great. Some really serious opportunities will come from this, I am sure. I would absolutely recommend HETT as an organisation to partner with. We've already signed up to the next show, and we will be working on a webinar in preparation for that.

“HETT makes it possible to demonstrate a complex solution properly to customers gathered in one place.”
Events like HETT help us grow our business because we're able to meet customers from across the United Kingdom, and we've even welcomed visitors from mainland Europe, all in one place. Having the opportunity to demonstrate our solution in a live exhibition environment is incredibly valuable.
It's not something you can simply take out of the boot of a car and set up for a quick demonstration. Being able to showcase the full functionality of our solution at HETT is really powerful and helps customers experience its benefits firsthand.

Marcia Rankin-Smith, Lead for Digital Consultancy
“A steady flow of enthusiastic visitors and a useful event app helped create and recover valuable connections.”
We've had a really good day. There has been a steady flow of people visiting the stand, and one thing I've really noticed is the enthusiasm of the attendees. People have been keen to chat, and we've had lots of interest in our products and services.
We're doing a lot of work in Yorkshire and the Humber at the moment and are looking to expand further, so it's been really valuable to speak to people from across Manchester, Leeds and Yorkshire. That's exactly the audience we were hoping to reach this year.
I've also been really impressed with the event app. The instructions were clear and it was very straightforward to use, from adding people to scanning badges. It helped us connect with visitors, whether they came to the stand at the time we'd arranged or we met them elsewhere at the event. There were even people who visited the stand while we were busy, and being able to connect with them afterwards through the app was a real benefit. Without it, you'd be much less aware of who's here and who wants to connect. It's been a really valuable tool.

“HETT North was exceptionally busy and made the event more accessible to NHS professionals in the region.”
It's been a really good day. Considering this is the first time we've exhibited at HETT North, it's been fantastic. We haven't stopped all day, with so many interested people coming to speak to us. We've also hosted two customer sessions showcasing our digital health technology, our current work and our collaborative approach, and they've generated a great deal of interest in what we do.
I think it's really important to have events like this in the North. We'll always attend events in London, but it can be difficult for many NHS professionals to travel, particularly given the current pressures on resources and time. Having a regional event makes it much easier for people to attend and demonstrates that the North is just as important.

“Face-to-face, agenda-free conversations over coffee can generate ideas that support business and sector growth.”
Events like HETT are incredibly important. They give us the opportunity to step away from the office and meet people face to face. So much of our communication now happens on Teams, and we don't often get the chance to have the informal conversations that aren't driven by an agenda.
It's those conversations—sitting down over a coffee, exploring ideas and discussing what we could do together—that make events like HETT so valuable. They support our growth as a business and, more broadly, help strengthen the wider digital health and care community.

“HETT offers strong brand exposure while helping exhibitors stay close to NHS customers and their challenges.”
Events like HETT are really important for us for many reasons. They provide fantastic brand exposure and give us the opportunity to engage with key opinion leaders from across the NHS.
It's important for us to stay close to our customers and understand the challenges they're facing. Those conversations help us keep our finger on the pulse and ensure we're responding to the needs of the healthcare sector.
Building relationships with key customers is equally important, and HETT gives us the opportunity to strengthen those connections. The event delivers huge benefits for our business.

“HETT brings together ICB, NHS England and private healthcare stakeholders in one place.”
We do a lot of work across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), NHS England and the private healthcare sector, so HETT brings together many of the people we want to speak to in one place. We've had some really good conversations on the stand and attended some interesting conference sessions, which have made the event even more valuable.
It's been a great opportunity to connect with key stakeholders, share what we're doing and build relationships with the people who matter most to our business.

“Manchester's devolved health system makes HETT North well placed to connect hospitals and care homes.”
I think it's incredibly important to have events like HETT in the North of England because there are some really interesting governance models here. Manchester, for example, has a devolved healthcare system, which makes it uniquely well placed to bring services together across hospitals and care homes.

“Showcasing innovation in the North creates connections for people who may not be able to travel to London.”
There's so much innovation in the North. While we enjoy travelling to events in London, it's equally important to showcase that innovation here and create opportunities for people who may not be able to travel as far to connect.

“Regional shows help exhibitors meet more people and give visitors access to the innovations on display.”
I believe having regional events is really important. They allow us to meet more people and give them the opportunity to see the innovations we're showcasing.

“The event introduced the team to new people and generated a high level of engagement.”
We're meeting a wide range of people that we wouldn't otherwise have had the opportunity to connect with, and there's been a great deal of engagement throughout the event. We're grateful to HETT for inviting us to be part of it.

“Exhibiting at HETT provides direct access to important decision-makers.”
I would definitely recommend exhibiting at events like HETT. Not only do you get the opportunity to showcase what you do, but you also have access to key decision-makers who are actively engaging with exhibitors.
When we were starting out, reaching the right people was one of our biggest challenges. Events like HETT have given us direct access to the decision-makers we needed to meet, and that's been incredibly valuable.
Acute Care Diagnostics
Bev Straker-Bennett, GEM Premier Product Manager UK
“HETT opened conversations with a much broader audience than the teams the business usually meets.”
I've had the opportunity to speak to a wide range of people, from patients to network and innovation leads. We normally work with laboratories and point-of-care teams, so it's been really valuable to connect with a completely different audience and broaden our conversations.
Genedrive Diagnostics
Gino Miele, CEO and Chief Strategy Officer
“Connections with innovators and patient groups are likely to have a positive future business impact.”
The day at HETT has been fantastic. We've met a wide range of innovators and, most importantly, patient groups. We've made several new connections that are likely to have a positive impact on our business going forward. It's been a really valuable and interesting day.

“High-quality conversations helped test the value proposition and gather useful NHS feedback.”
We've had some really high-quality conversations, meeting potential partners, other vendors and key stakeholders from across the NHS. The event has also been a valuable opportunity to test our value proposition within the NHS and gather feedback on how we can continue to add value to the healthcare sector.

Matt Jeavons, Head of Transformational Consultancy
“Direct conversations are the best way to understand what healthcare organisations really need.”
I can make assumptions about what's needed in the healthcare sector, but the only way to truly understand those needs is by talking to people. HETT brings all of those key stakeholders together, making it an invaluable opportunity to have those conversations firsthand.
IBM
Avi Mehra, Associate Partner and Clinical Safety Officer
“Hands-on demonstrations turn theoretical ideas into practical, understandable solutions.”
HETT gives exhibitors the opportunity to showcase what they're doing in a practical way, with live demonstrations that really bring their solutions to life. While discussions can sometimes remain theoretical, the event gives visitors the chance to get hands-on, explore the latest technology and understand the newest solutions. There's huge value in that for everyone involved.

“Two days of networking and discussion about NHS transformation created an experience worth returning for.”
It's been an amazing two days. We've met people from across the NHS and other sectors, and it's been fantastic to network and discuss the transformation taking place across the NHS. We've had a great experience and are already looking forward to coming back next year.

“Conversations with NHS England, clinicians, suppliers and partners—particularly around workforce—stood out.”
Connecting with key colleagues in NHS England, clinicians, suppliers and partners that we normally work with has been really great. I think the conversations around the workforce stand have been particular standouts for me.
